Can Rhea is a stunning luxury five-bedroom villa situated just 400 meters from Cala Conta's lovely beach and the well-known restaurant Sunset Ashram.
This beautiful villa, which has been built for comfort and luxury, has a breathtaking view of the sea. The term "luxury" is often applied to villas in Ibiza, but it is genuinely justified here. All has been meticulously considered and built to offer optimal convenience. The view is stunning from one of Ibiza's most spectacular places. The house is fenced and in a secure location.
A long L-shaped swimming pool (15x4), a big dining table, and numerous relaxing areas can be found outside. There is a lawn in front of the building as well as at the rear.
Within, you'll find a large, vibrant living room with a fireplace and a dining room, as well as an open kitchen with all of the modern amenities.

There are 5 bedrooms in total: 3 double bedrooms (180x200) and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (2x
90x200). All have an en-suite bathroom with sky rain showers. The master bathroom also has a
bathtub. 4 of the 5 bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The fifth bedroom and a spacious
cinema room can be found in the basement.

Visitors also have complimentary access to the gym within the gated community which is open from 15 June until 15 September.
